We are happy to support children who require medication in school for long term or acute medical episodes.
Please note that:
- Medication must be bought to the school office by an adult. Medication must not be put in a child's bag or given to a child to pass on.
- Medication forms must be completed by a parent/carer prior to the school being able to administer the medication.
- Medication should be given to the school in its full packaging, i.e. within the box/packing it comes in. It should also be labelled with the child's name.
- Medication should be collected at the end of its course by an adult, from the school office. The school will prompt families to collect any medications at the end of each full term.
