Key Stage 2 Teacher (Part time, fixed term maternity cover)

1:1 Learning Support Assistant for a Year 1 Pupil (full time 30 hours per week, term time only) fixed term to 31.08.26 with potential to become permanent

Year 5/6 Teaching Assistant - fixed term to 31.08.26 - 5 mornings per week 18.75 hours per week, term time only

Lower Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant - fixed term to 31.08.26 - 4 or 5 days a week, negotiable, term time only

A Learning Support Assistant for a year 1 pupil is required

We are looking for a professional who has experience supporting pupils’ learning in the classroom. There will be a high level of 1:1 support within this role. The successful candidate will need to have firm professional boundaries, high resilience and show initiative, good communication skills, energy and creativity. They will need to be a team player and have excellent rapport with children.  Previous experience is essential.

You would be joining a hard-working, dedicated staff who are keen to welcome the successful candidate to the team. We strongly encourage you to visit the site if possible, before you apply. Please ring the school to arrange this with the Head teacher

  • Teaching Assistant Vacancy – Lower KS2 (Year 3/4)

    Fixed term to 31st August – Hours available: either 4 or 5 days per week (term time only)

    Grade 14 point 13-17

    We are looking for a teaching assistant to join our friendly team, to support teaching, learning and personal development at our school. Please refer to the job description for details about the role.

    Ideally, the successful candidates will:

    · Be positive, approachable and work effectively in a team.

    · Work with groups of pupils - reinforcing and extending learning.

    · Be confident in English and Mathematics

    · Support social and emotional development.

    · Assist the class teacher to make a highly effective learning environment.

    · Work one-to-one with pupils who need additional help and support, some of whom have significant special educational needs.

    · Promote good behaviour in pupils

    · Have GCSE or equivalent in English, Maths and Computing Skills.
