Vision and Values Explained

Our Curriculum Pledge Linked to Our Values

Our vision and values are at the core of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and learning, and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens. We are proud to be a church school and enjoy good links with the local parish and baptist churches and also with our community.

The Mission Statement ‘summary’ for our school is

‘Together, We Love, Learn and Grow!’

"Go and bear fruit - fruit that will last."  John 15.16

"How wonderful it is, how pleasant for God's people to live together in harmony." Psalm 133.1

"Respect your father and your mother; and love yourself." Matthew 19.19

"Always remember what you have learned. Your education is your life - guard it well."  Proverbs 4.13

"Good people are like budding palm trees. They grow strong like cedar trees of Lebanon." Psalm 92.12

At Creech St Michael C of E Primary School, we strive to offer a high quality, rounded education for our children, in the context of the Christian values of love, care and respect, and on partnership with their families and the community.

Our aim is to:

  • Enable everyone to aim, reach for and achieve their best.
  • Educate the whole child.
  • Create a welcoming environment where we want to be.
  • Build our self worth, humility and resilience.
  • Encourage esteem of others and self.
  • Value, respect and include everyone and celebrate their gifts.
  • Develop a sense of belonging and responsibility to our school, community and the wider world.
