Changes to payments for Smileys
As of September’s booking form we will be changing to using the Tucasi system for payment as Somerset County Council is moving to a cash/cheque less system in the near future.
You will need to complete the booking form as usual but log in to your Tucasi account and select the Smiley’s option in Trips and Events. You can then manually enter in your total and checkout in the normal way. This will replace all payments made by cash, cheque and BACS. If you currently pay using child care vouchers then please continue in the same way as normal for the time being and include your proof of payment with the form.
If you don’t have log in details yet for Tucasi then you should have one attached with this letter.
If payment has not been received by the closing date then forms will be returned and places will not be secured. Ad hoc prices will then be charged with any late forms.
There will be issues to work through as we get used to the new system but I would suggest you book early to allow us to fix any problems that may occur.
Please come and speak to Claire if there are any problems.
